Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days for most items sold on our website, however, there are certain product lines that cannot be returned.
Return delivery costs are your responsibility and refunds are processed upon return of the goods within 7-10 business days.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Contact us within a 4 day window of receiving the goods with any issues for us to be able to solve the problem.
Goods will not be accepted for return without prior agreement. Any returns will be subject to a minimum charge of 20% handling fee.
The return of couplings specifically manufactured to customer's requirements will not be accepted.
