Superex 2 Bolt Heavy Duty Steel Clamp

This Superex Heavy Duty Steel Double Bolt Hose Clamp has a 20mm bandwidth and a double band with a 2mm thickness. The clamp consists of two high strength 8.8 grade socket head bolts which allow for easy installation on hoses and pipes, providing a high clamping force.

The clamp has two pairs of solid trunnions ensuring torque is well distributed across the clamps double band resulting in higher breaking torque and excellent tensile strength. The clamp also has two bridges welded to the clamp which provides extra strength and optimal hose protection. 

Manufactured in mild steel and zinc plated.

Industrial Hose & Pipe Fittings (IHP) will aim to deliver your order to you within 3 to 5 business days depending on your UK postcode. For smaller parcels we use UPS and for pallets we use Mobile, part of the Palletline network.

85% of our orders are shipped same day and will be delivered the following working day. This is based on the order being placed before 2:30pm. We are constantly looking at improving the amount of same day dispatches through investment in people, stock and processes.

If we cannot deliver in a suitable timescale, one of our team will make contact and work with you to find a solution e.g. an alternative product.

For customers outside of England, Wales & Scotland, regrettably you are only available to choose the collect method. We will contact you with weights and dimensions for you to arrange your own collection from IHP.

Some products will have set carriage costs due to the size of the part and needing to be shipped via pallets.

Some products may have specific shipping promotional offers, however if combined with non-promotional products, normal shipping prices will be applied.

Orders will be processed and shipped during standard working hours (8:30am – 5:00pm) Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)

The cut-off point for orders to be shipped the same day is 2:30pm. Any orders placed after the cut-off will ship the next working day assuming all parts are in stock and ready for dispatch.

Orders placed after 2:30pm on Friday, will be processed on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
